IDEA Public Schools' Employee Referral Program

Hello IDEA Team and Family and Thank you for visiting the employee referral site. Last year employee referrals accounted for 25% of our total teacher hires and is an essential contributor to our talent pipeline. We are looking to hire more than 450 teachers this year and are excited to launch the revamped process for making it easier to refer high quality people to IDEA.  The 3 main reasons for referring a great person are:
